Gewurztraminer Sélection de Grains Nobles 1994
A fabulous wine, its exceptional length on the palate, as well as its aromatic balance and concentration. This wine has white flowers, apricot and peach aromas. The ageing potential is also fantastic, thanks to its 80 grams of sugar and a very high acidity for a Gewurztraminer, it can be kept easily between 20 and 30 years.

Gewurztraminer Vendanges Tardives 2000
After admiring its light golden yellow colour, you will find a nose of exotic woods and spices with a touch of white flowers.
The palate is sweet and honeyed with a touch of botrytis, almond and orange. The finish is dominated by a gingerbread flavour. -
Pinot Gris Grand Cru Rangen Vendanges Tardives 2001
Most certainly one of the most powerful wines in our vineyard! Behind its old gold colour, you will discover a full nose of quince, gingerbread and honey with a touch of minerality slightly flint. The attack explodes in the mouth with quince and peach predominating with honeyed notes, a hint of walnut and a strong salinity. The palate is very full with an exceptional length, this description only partially pays tribute to this wine and I lack the words to describe its exceptional “power” aspect. food & wine pairing: Difficult to find matches for wines such as this one, although it would be perfect on a foie gras, I would rather tend to orient myself towards North African dishes like a fig tagine or perhaps even paupiettes of veal with prunes, or even some Thai or Chinese dishes of the bitter-sweet type.

Pinot Gris Sélection de Grains Nobles 1994 (37,5cl)
A rare and prestigious wine with an extreme concentration and fantastic aromatic richness, this wine has extraordinary reminiscences of cooked peaches, candied lemon zest, fruit cake, caramelized butter, caramel, plum cake and various spices; on the palate, cherries, raspberries, apricots, orange peel confit bust. Graceful, well structured, this nicely proportioned wine seems to be at the peak of its maturity yet it has the balance and substance necessary for a good ageing in the cellar.

Pinot Gris Vendanges Tardives 1999
This Pinot Gris comes from the slopes of the Pfingstberg and after admiring its very pronounced golden yellow, you can smell its slightly botrytised nose mixing notes of gingerbread and acacia honey. Its mouth is opulent, supple and silky, a fine acidity appears backwards bringing with it powerful aromas of honey slightly botrytised, oranges and white fruits… Food & wine pairing: A wine to taste as an aperitif, with foie gras or with desserts, and especially chocolate desserts!

Riesling Grand Cru Rangen Vendanges Tardives 2001
Under its bright yellow color hides a delicious nose of ripe white fruit, there are peach, pear, a hint of apricot and I would say a little strawberry! In the mouth, a sweet but airy attack continues by the arrival of a rich acidity of citrus fruits, quince, peach and some buttered notes that soften the whole.
