Muscat Cuvée Février 2016
Read moreTest of ice wine, harvested in February at -10°C, this wine is a little different from the traditional Muscat d’Alsace.
The colour is pale yellow, the nose is very present, woody on the first notes, it quickly migrates to notes of peach and white flowers.
In the mouth, sweetness is very present (although 44g is not extremely sweet) the aromas are powerful and delicate with warm notes of stone fruits and grapes. The acidity is well present and keeps the side fresh.
Note: For the moment (2019) a decanter is strongly recommended to benefit from all the power and finesse of this wine. -
Pinot Gris Cuvée Maximilien 2013
Read moreIn addition to its bright yellow colour, this wine has a nose that reminds me of a four-quarter lemon from the oven (who knows). Its mouth is very sweet and deep, the sugar still lacks a little melted at the moment, it will have to be waited a little longer. The acidity is well present and carries aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits with a touch of zest.
