Pinot Gris Cuvée Maximilien 2013

In addition to its bright yellow colour, this wine has a nose that reminds me of a four-quarter lemon from the oven (who knows). Its mouth is very sweet and deep, the sugar still lacks a little melted at the moment, it will have to be waited a little longer. The acidity is well present and carries aromas of white flowers and citrus fruits with a touch of zest.

Wine to drink as an aperitif, with foie gras or with chocolate or cooked fruit desserts such as Tatin.
