Gewurztraminer Bollenberg 2015
Bright yellow to the eye, the nose develops the very fruity side typical of Bollenberg, with its notes of peach and lychee. In the mouth the whole is supple and fresh with a nice fruitiness always on peach and lychee, all carried by a beautiful acidity. The sweetness present without being heavy brings fat and amplitude.
Semi-dry wine on the palate with a nice length.
Ideal as an aperitif or with spicy Asian or Indian dishes, it can also be drunk with sweet and sour dishes. It is also absolutely superb on soft cheeses such as munster or camembert.
Minimum: 1-3 years old
Optimal: 4-8 years old
