Gewurztraminer Cuvée Madame 2015
A beautiful brilliant gold colour is the introduction to a very open nose of rose and spices. The palate is clearly sweet, supple with aromas of rose, spices, some hints of orange zest and undergrowth. The sweetness is important but the acidity gives it a certain lightness. The balance is well done and the length in the mouth is important with a touch of salinity at the end of the mouth.
Superb wine on foie gras for those of you who like it with sweet wine or simply as an aperitif or with fruit desserts.
