Riesling Grand Cru Rangen 2003
It took almost 15 years for this wine to finally open!
On the nose we find a hint of melissa and mint with a touch of citron.
In the mouth, if a citrus side takes precedence over the attack, the salinity and minerality return very quickly to take over with a very present rock side. The length on the palate is exceptional, this wine is now over 15 years old but there is still incredible potential for maturation.
His acidity will make him an ideal candidate for delicatessen dishes, grilled fish, seafood or processed cheese (fondue, raclette, etc…).
Minimum: 5-10 years old
