Edelzwicker
Edelzwicker is a blend of different grape varieties.
We have created a blend of 5/8 Riesling, 2/5 Pinot Gris, 1/5 Gewurztraminer and a touch of Muscat.
Light in colour with a very floral nose and a hint of apricot, its mouth is supple but fresh with aromas of spices and citrus fruits.
A very nice persistence and a nice balance make it a very pleasant wine to drink.
Polyvalent, you can take it as an aperitif or with white meat dishes or fish.
Minimum: 1-2 years old
Optimal: 3-6 years old
Maximum: 10 years

The nose is lemony with a hint of orange zest, a beautiful full-bodied and very present minerality develops over time.
In the mouth, the attack is lively and frank, the acidity is very present and reveals a lemony side as well as a very fine and very pleasant minerality.
It is good to know that as the wine ages, it will gradually lose its lemony character and become more mineral.
