Made from 100% Chardonnay, it has spent 7 years on slats, and from the outset, its colour is seductive due to its “old gold” colour and its fine and persistent bubbles. In the mouth, it reveals a frank and well-structured attack that reveals a rich, complex and harmonious substance.

Crémant Rosé 2014
Extra Brut from Pinot Noir, this rosé has spent 3 years on slats.
The persistent bubbles and the frank, slightly orange pink invite you to taste it. Where the nose opens gently towards red fruit notes, the fine and distinguished palate finds a fine balance between liveliness and silky structure. -
Edelzwicker
Edelzwicker is a blend of different grape varieties.
We have created a blend of 5/8 Riesling, 2/5 Pinot Gris, 1/5 Gewurztraminer and a touch of Muscat.
Light in colour with a very floral nose and a hint of apricot, its mouth is supple but fresh with aromas of spices and citrus fruits.
A very nice persistence and a nice balance make it a very pleasant wine to drink. -
Pinot Blanc Bollenberg 2015

Nice wine, very pleasant.

This is a very versatile wine that can be drunk as an aperitif or with white meat or fish dishes. However, it should not be used on dishes that are too complex.
-
Pinot Gris Bollenberg 2015
This wine has a brilliant yellow colour, on the nose we can find aromas of crunchy apricot and citrus fruits with some plum notes, and on the palate, the attack is supple and well balanced. The main aromas are reminiscent of lightly cooked fruits such as apple and peach, with a pine resin side at the end of the palate. The whole has a beautiful salinity and a beautiful length in the mouth.

Pinot Gris Enchenberg 2014
This wine has a brilliant golden colour.
The nose is impressively open and leads between apple, pear, candied quince and a woody side. It really gives the impression that this wine will be sweet, but….
On the palate, the attack is frank and lively, the wine then opens to bring us fruity flavours of apple and apricot just ripe, the minerality is well present behind the fruit and still highlights the very dry side of this mouth.
To sum up, the whole thing seems quite disconcerting at first sight but after the first surprise, we discover with curiosity the multiple facets of this wine which despite its strongly atypical aspect remains incredibly pleasant to taste. -
Pinot Noir Bollenberg 2012
This wine will seduce you with its deep red colour, almost purple, its well marked nose of cherry with a hint of musk, and its frank and powerful mouth of red fruits mixed with very present tannins melted over time.

Riesling Enchenberg 2014
This wine has a brilliant yellow colour.
The nose is lemony with a hint of orange zest, a beautiful full-bodied and very present minerality develops over time.
In the mouth, the attack is lively and frank, the acidity is very present and reveals a lemony side as well as a very fine and very pleasant minerality.
It is good to know that as the wine ages, it will gradually lose its lemony character and become more mineral. -
Riesling Grand Cru Kessler 2004
After admiring its brilliant golden yellow colour, you will appreciate its very mineral, slightly smoky nose, with lemon and buttery notes.
Its mouth, dry and lively in attack, continues with a series of aromas reminiscent of resin, flint but also has a hint of lemon. The finish ends with very mineral aromas, slightly toasted. The length in the mouth is impressive.
